Photographing a wedding is always an awesome adventure, and when the location happens to be Cancun, Mexico – that’s an even bigger adventure! When Larry and Deborah first contacted us to photograph their special day, one of the first things asked was, “Do you do destination weddings?” Our answer? “Of course!” And not too long after that we were on a plane to beautiful Cancun. 🙂 Aside from the natural backdrop offered by the white, sandy beaches and crystal blue ocean at the Ritz Carlton, Deborah’s meticulous attention to detail in planning and creating her dream wedding provided for some fun and gorgeous shots. With an “International Traveling” theme, there was a vintage suitcase to hold guests’ best wishes for the couple, a map to show “Where in the World” each guest was sitting, and even a super cute groom’s cake to match! And we can’t forget the bride’s elegant Vera Wang A-line dress with a ruffled skirt – she looked beautiful! Oh and did we mention that she also wrote and performed a song for her new husband?
